WATCH CITY.

WALTHAM. WAWL-tham

First settled in 1634, and officially becoming a town in 1884, Waltham is nestled between Weston, Lincoln, Newton, Belmont, Watertown and Lexington. Whew - that’s quite a list of neighbors!

The town has gained a rich history of diversity, and no where is that more obvious than a glance down Moody Street. Located on the South Side of Waltham - formerly home to the famed Waltham Watch Factory - you will see locally owned businesses of all kinds.

On summer evenings you will find the community gathering to wander along the riverwalk, relax in the center square and enjoy all that Moody Street has to offer. On chilly winter days the mood transforms as people shift to evenings of laughter and great company at the many restaurants along the main drag.
